OUR TEAM

Chiara Bergonzi
Founder
I’m a wife, a mom of three, and Gia’s Ima. Inspired by my family and community, I lead the It Takes a Village movement, believing that true inclusion happens when we all come together. I collaborate with local organizations to create spaces where everyone can contribute, be valued, and feel like they belong. As Chair of the Key Biscayne Disability Advisory Board, I connect residents, advocates, and officials to break down barriers and ensure that people with disabilities have real opportunities to participate, thrive, and make their voices heard in Key Biscayne.
